What DenialDesk provides
DenialDesk allows users to upload an EOB, ERA, payer denial letter, rejection, or related billing document and receive an AI-assisted internal denial review packet.
The generated packet may include a denial summary, payer code interpretation, issue category, action map, missing evidence checklist, follow-up notes, and copy-ready billing notes. The service is designed to save time for medical billing, denial management, and RCM teams.
DenialDesk does not act as a payer, clearinghouse, EHR, billing company, law firm, medical provider, certified coder, or compliance advisor.
2. Internal review only
All DenialDesk outputs are drafts for internal review. Users are responsible for validating claim facts, payer policy, coding, documentation, deadlines, coverage, contractual terms, and account-specific requirements before taking action.
You agree not to rely on DenialDesk as the sole basis for submitting an appeal, reconsideration, corrected claim, patient bill, write-off, refund, or payer communication.
3. No guaranteed outcome
DenialDesk does not guarantee that a denial is recoverable, that a payer will reverse a decision, that a claim will be paid, or that any specific reimbursement result will occur.
Estimated recoverable amounts, risk levels, and recommended actions are informational and must be reviewed by qualified staff.
4. User responsibilities
- Upload only documents you are authorized to process for billing or RCM review.
- Use the minimum necessary information for the review.
- Do not upload unrelated records, unnecessary PHI, or documents outside your authority.
- Review every output before using it operationally.
- Comply with your organization’s policies, payer rules, and applicable privacy/security obligations.
5. Beta use and availability
DenialDesk may be changed, improved, paused, or limited during beta testing. Some features may be experimental. We aim to keep the system stable, but temporary interruptions, delays, or output errors may occur.
We may limit or block access where usage appears abusive, unsafe, unauthorized, or inconsistent with these terms.
6. Packet credits and purchases
DenialDesk sells prepaid digital packet credits. Each credit allows the user to generate one AI-assisted internal denial review packet. Current plans may include 5, 25, or 100 packet credits.
Packet credits are digital access credits only. They do not include claim submission, appeal filing, billing services, payer calls, legal advice, coding certification, or guaranteed recovery.
7. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed through a hosted checkout provider. DenialDesk does not ask users to enter card details directly on this website.
Because packet credits are digital products, used credits are generally not refundable. If there is a technical issue that prevents packet generation, please contact us so we can review the case and provide a fair resolution, such as restoring the credit or issuing a refund where appropriate.
8. Data and privacy
We value user privacy and handle uploaded documents carefully. Uploaded documents are used to generate DenialDesk packets, track usage, deliver results, and improve the reliability of the workflow.

9. Acceptable use
You may not use DenialDesk to upload documents you are not authorized to process, attempt to access other users’ documents, reverse engineer or attack the system, bypass usage limits, submit malicious files, or use the service for unlawful or harmful activity.
10. Limitation of liability
DenialDesk is provided as an AI-assisted beta tool. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DenialDesk and its operators are not responsible for losses caused by unreviewed AI output, payer decisions, missed deadlines, claim errors, coding decisions, compliance decisions, user misuse, or third-party systems.
